In most cases, customers are required to ship the item back to us at their own cost; however, if the item is defective upon receipt then we will cover the cost of return shipping.\n<br>\n<br>\nIn addition, all products must have an associated receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that cannot be verified as purchased from our eCommerce website will not be considered for a return.
